We endeavour to provide the best quality products every single time you order with us. Our policy entitles all our customer to return the product within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality e.g. broken, leaking, faulty or any defect of the product.

In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must inform our customer support team within 24 hours of product delivery. You should also email us pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our quality assurance team checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. Products purchased through www.gannujifoods.com can be returned if unopened and are in resalable condition.

In case you want to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and share your concern and reason for return. Our team will assess the return reason and would initiate the return request. A reverse pickup facility will be initiated from our end. Please keep the product safe until you hand it over to pickup master. Pickup masters have the right to refuse pickup if ordered product is not in returnable condition.

Once we receive the returned product in unopened and resalable condition, we will credit your money to your store wallet on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

In case you desire the payment be refunded to you, Please call up our call center and it shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase via, credit card, debit card, net banking or coupons. The amount will be refunded to you between 3 to 15 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date we advised, you may contact us. Cancellation

Orders which are pending for shipping can be cancelled. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 3 to 15 working days.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled during transit.
